About me   

The RailFan Films shop (TRFF), I am one of the UK's most prominent steam rail fans and railway videographers. You can find me on Youtube and on Steamtu.be where you will find my individual pre-dvd clips to view for free. 

My passion for steam

After many years of watching trains and a long family history on the railways since 1910 (that's over 100 years of railways in my blood), I have decided to make my own films and share my passion with you. 

My films are made for steam enthusiasts to enjoy and also serve as a record of steam trains running in the 21st centuary in Britain's top locations. I have spent decades photographing and filming steam trains in the UK and around the world. 

I believe steam trains are very much a part of our stunning landscape.  I take care to research unique locations and work hard to collect stunning footage. All of my DVDs are around 2hrs long and come with index card and in wide screen for maximum enjoyment in 5.1 stereo sound.

The future

My aim is to continue making and producing top quality, high definition films for the rail fanatics of the world!

My equipment

I use a Toshiba gigashot camcorder with 80gb HDD in high definition and a Triad tripod with a smooth running video camera mount.

My intellectual property

I own the commercial rights to use all of my own contents/videos for commercial use, footage taken; edited and filmed by me and uploaded to XxBec3509 on youtube remains under my copyright and is forbidden to be used without my written consent or prior knowledge.

Any use of my intellectual property without my permission could be a breach of copyright laws.
